1. The “heinous acts committed by both sides” are not equal, they do not weigh the same, it is not even close. Don’t try to muddy the crystal clear water with jargon like this.

2. Hamas did murder babies, that is completely true and to pretend it isn’t is appalling. Your “references” talk about a miscommunication, and merging of two different allegations made. Basically it was reported that 40 babies had been killed, and that some of them were decapitated. This turned into 40 decapitated babies by sloppy journalists.

This is not true, but babies were murdered, thy were burned, they were killed, and some witnesses still say that at least one was decapitated. Read more, and stop spreading misinformation and participating in a terrorist disinformation campaign. It is not a good look.
