It should be, a constitutional right is a constitutional right. They have limitations, but I can’t imagine you would support speech regulation, (regulation not limitation) and simultaneously claim to support the freedom of speech. Ideas have killed more people than bullets, the pen is mightier than the sword. It’s a right, you must work around it, and saying “it’s my right” is enough. It always is. Name another constitutional right where saying “it’s my right” is not enough? Speech? Self incrimination? Speedy trial? Property searches?

While a very well-written piece, and refreshingly original at that, I can’t take someone seriously who treats the second amendment as a second class amendment.
