Please provide those many stories of someone being shot while walking or driving and being black. As in they didn’t do anything wrong and were shot. They complied with lawful commands and were shot. Provide those stories, and let’s count how many times that happens. Someone dying in custody while not complying with lawful commands does not count, being killed while commuting a crime does not count, because both of those are extra reasons and not “while being black”

As for your supposed knowledge and skill that you can shoot someone and incapacitate them without killing them, is a definite tell that you:

Likely have never shot a gun
Likely never took firearm training
Never tried to shoot a moving target
Play too many video games or believe too many movies

Shoot to wound or shoot to kill, are both equally mythical. Ask any soldier or law enforcement officer if they can shoot to wound, as well as you claim you can. I cannot take you seriously if you make such foolish claims.
