Thank you for correcting my mistake, and I meant to include “culture” at the end, so it should have said “rape culture”.

With that being said, modest culture is not the same as, nor basically the same as rape culture. We do not have a rape culture in the West, thankfully. And I’m unaware of any rape charges being reduced because of what a woman was wearing, in the modern west.
