This analogy is misleading is several ways. One of which is how “peaceful” and “polite” Palestinians have been about this “loan”.

Another is the loan itself. The land wasn’t put up on a loan. The Jews were moved there for a temporary purpose.

Another is the percentages you use, 30% was not the original split, I believe the Palestinians actually were offered the majority of developed land.

I like analogies, but this isn’t helpful.
