This is completely irrelevant because Donald Trump doesn’t claim to champion tolerance. This would be a valid point if the Republican Party built their persona on tolerance, but they have made no such claim. By contrast, the other political side has. They champion how tolerant they are, they make sure it’s part of their slogans, they make sure everyone knows it, the media praises them for it. And then they display how intolerant they actually are - hypocrisy is the term for this.

So when I point this out in a sarcastic manner, that the self-professed tolerant side is actually not tolerant at all, it is not a rebuttal to say “oh yeah, well anyone who comes from this group of people who don’t pretend to be tolerant should point out how hypocritical we are for talking tolerance but not walking tolerance.

But of course, you already knew this, but that didn’t stop you from trying to level an irrelevant claim.
